We use one design for all of your property sites. Only the content changes. This saves us the necessity of having to re-code individual web sites and also allows for easy upgrades. Data and design are independant of one another. If you decide to change the design of your site at a future date, you will only pay for one design change. The new design will be uploaded to all of your sites at no additional charge, as long as the data structure is not changed.

To keep costs to a minimum, you can use one of our professionally designed templates, or you may choose to have us design your entire site to your specifications. Either way, you pay for one design, plus a small additional setup fee for each additional site.

You won't see the "cookie-cutter" approach that many design companies use with multiple site - one design setups, or "one-size-fits-all" approaches, where blank spaces and sparse content appear almost everywhere. At OnMark Properties, all of our sites are designed and built to look the same as you would expect any professional site to look. We do not scrimp on design in order to make a cheap mass-produced product. Our designs are carefully thought out so that small adjustments can be easily made to compensate for variances from property to property.
